she's getting frustrated with this issue.

You hit the nail on the head. Its clear as day in all these clips that she has a bad poker face and is getting pissed off at how she is being challenged so hard. When it gets harder even if she gets deep into the race she will lash out at Black people. Especially if she wins the nomination and when she loses the election. She is real bougie and not a nice individual

you are off you rockers if you think she has a better chance than Bernie.

And Beto lost to one of the most hated politicians in the country.
Bernie lost to Hilary. Kamala is essentially the Democrats chosen one thus far regardless of the money Bernie has raised thus far. And now in 2020 Bernie is considered damage goods to an extent. Some people realize that a lot of the things he preaches would never pass Congress. The only crowd Bernie has is the progressives which will isolate him from regular liberals and Democratic moderates. Kamala won't be able to get the progressive vote, but she'll have the liberals and moderates which is a bigger voting population.

Beto lost in a historically conservative state and he came the closest out or any recent Democrat. It's nearly impossible for a Democrat to win that state so that can't be held against him. It doesn't matter that Ted Cruz is a piece of shyt, what matters to Texans is that he's conservative and a bigot just like them. The votes and response Beto got from young people is something that can translate into a nation wide youth movement for Beto. Beto's issue is that he won't have the corporate money that Kamala has which is why Kamala has a better chance of beating him. Plus, Kamala is a bi-racial female which is white liberals wet dream. But then again, Hilary was the favorite against Obama and look what happened there.

And this is precisely why folks have been bashing her. You can't come in declaring on MLK day, evoking Shirley Chisholm, Oakland, and the civil rights era, then when the group whose history you're using as a prop ask for specifics, you suddenly switch to "I'm for everybody" politics. If that's the case, you should have came through the "I'm for everybody" door :martin:

Bingo.

This is why she’s getting attacked more than Bernie or any other candidate.

All the people saying “reparations won’t work or solve larger issues”

Oh? Then why does the government subsidize banks, and farmers, and corporations? Apparently those people’s problems are helped by getting bestowed money. I guess someone growing fukkin GMO carrots is more deserving than ADOS :francis:

I wouldn’t vote for Kamala due to her past, but she has the right idea. You have to propose broad policies that benefit black people the most by default.

You can try killing flies with a sledgehammer or you can use a fly swatter.

THATS HOW NEGROS ALWAYS FALL FOR THE OKEY DOKE...

HER PLAN DOESNT BENEFIT BLACKS THE MOST
BY DEFAULT.

THERES MORE WHITES WHO MAKE LESS THAN 100K
THAN THE WHOLE POPULATION OF BLACKS IN THIS COUNTRY.

SO THE COUNTRY CAN PAY MILLIONS OF WHITES
INSTEAD OF TAKING THAT MONEY
AND GIVING US WHAT WE'RE OWED...

... yeah :gucci:

The problem with most domestic policies, is that they’re created with the intention of helping the oppressed minorities, but ultimately end up benefiting the privileged members of society.

Example, “No Child Left Behind” was purported to be a way to help out public schools. In effect, all it did was take federal funding away from (predominantly urban) schools that couldn’t pass standardized tests.
No child left behind was bad policy from the jump and was never intended to help anyone. Only make money for private schools and lobbyists.

Now, the reparations discussion is being diverted to “just give money to everyone under 100k” :dwillhuh: I’m for socialist redistribution, but not if it’s given as a way to eclipse the demands of those asking for reparations. Especially since Harris’ proposal means that an African-American making 100k+ would have to pay money to a poor white person making less than 100k. She’s talking about tax rebates, but only applying it to class as a way of pandering to rust belt unemployed factory workers. Essentially trying to buy their fukking vote.
I believe that was just an example she through out but it wasn’t an exhaustive stand in for “reparations” and that’s the thing about reparations, it’s such a broad and subjective, emotional term that it would have to be truly defined and agreed on to even begin a serious conversation. I think that’s why it’s easier for politicians to look at actual policy from the past that created the current situation and try to change that policy to help black people.

One way of starting effective policy would be to directly subsidize those who all these programs since JFK’s civil rights act and LBJ’s ‘War on Poverty’ policies were SUPPOSED to help.
Agreed. But seems people just want to argue over the semantics and definitions of terms instead of effective policy.
