Ten years ago I wouldn't be so sure Kamala would beat him in a debate. He knows how to play to the audience on tv (remember that debate with Hilary?) but like Biden he's lost quite a few steps since then. His only chance is to flank her with policy, such as talking about her past work like Tulsi Gabbard (and she had no answer for) and go after her flip flopping on damn near every issue during her first presidential run. He not disciplined enough to do that so he better run but his ego might not let him lol.
