The black women who form the demographic base of the party and the moral abstainers over Gaza are not the same set of voters, so the behavior of one does not correlate to the behavior of the other. The moral abstainers have been saying they're not going to vote for Biden for months and months now, preceding the debate debacle. Black women have never said they would withhold their vote. These are different potential voting bases who have different motivations and different red lines.
