America's Achilles heel is on both feet.
On one foot: the paranoia around communism during the cold war which led to pointless proxy wars, a major L (Vietnam) and the destabilization of Latin America and billions in wasteful spending like the star wars project. To this day, Americans are so paranoid about communism that any government program that actually helps people can just be labeled as socialist and then it dies. Nazi elon musk literally posted a picture of kamala Harris claiming she's a communist.
On the other foot: the paranoia around race. The souths leaders should have been publicly executed and the south should have been occupied for at MINIMUM 60 years so the people who remembered the slave economy died out and their descendants understood clearly how profoundly fukked up what their ancestors did. There were black elected officials and thriving towns run by black people that were only destroyed and killed because the north didn't have soldiers there to tell the mobs to fukk off.
Exploiting those two weaknesses has yielded excellent results for America's enemies. I won't be shocked if another terrorist attack pops off in the next few years which will force America's hand again to stupidly try to fight a conventional war against an enemy using guerilla tactics. They'll bleed us financially while we continue to argue about dumb culture war shyt here and keep stupidly trusting billionaires.
Once America's middle class crumbles and the wealth is fully concentrated in the hands of 5-10 men, all they'll need to do is sit back and enjoy the show as America falls apart.
