Is this graphic implying that house price increases are a bad thing? Imagine a 39% decrease. I think high interest rates are hurting people more than the prices.
at that rate, 60% increases in 3 years? yes, it's absolutely a bad thing

i guess we're just pretending otherwise, huh  OK

the only homeowners who want that, are the 80 year old ones who are about to die :mjlol:

nobody wants home prices shooting up the way they just did. not 30 year olds, 40 year olds, 60 year olds. the entire market shooting up rapidly doesn't help anyone. it just traps you in your house
You have no clue what you’re talking about. In no world is an appreciating asset a bad thing. There’s so much things you can do with the equity in a home even if you don’t plan on selling it. You’re as financially illiterate as Trump so I wouldn’t expect you to understand.

Of course the ATL
i don't see Kamala having GA locked at all. she loses TONS of republicans who either voted for biden, or left it blank for trump in 2020, but who will all now vote trump in 2024

Kemp comfortably beat Abrams, and that margin just has to vote exactly the same in the trump/harris race

I didn’t say she had Ga locked, I said arguing “no way” she wins is inaccurate based on current polling data and the 2020 election. Kamala also has a larger ground operation through the state than Biden did in 2020.

And Stacey was a flawed candidate who lost support from her first election vs Kemp to her second one. It’s literally apples to oranges comparing how voters in Georgia voted for Stacey compared to how they’ll vote for Kamala

Which would you prefer? Housing prices drop 39% or housing prices increase 39%?

Also, this jump pretty much leveled off in 2022 and prices have been around 5% a year since. The huge jump was caused by historically low interest rates and covid causing nikkas to go stir crazy and want a bigger place to live.

i guess this is one of those issues where we get insecure, and can't look at things objectively

no one is personally blaming kamala for housing increases, but this is the kinda shyt that's keeping trump competitive :yeshrug: if we aren't gonna talk about it, fine.

There’s two different points here. New homebuyers are priced out of the market and Kamala has a plan to initiate new affordable home-builds and also provide down payment assistance which will help new homebuyers.

Current homeowners want the price of their house to go up because that creates more wealth for them. It’s not that difficult to understand but it shows why simpleminded graphics like the one you posted can trick retards into supporting Trump
