That's why I don't understand why supporters and criticizers of an NJPW x AEW partnership are so hyped or bent out of shape. We don't even know if they'll be working together after February 26th.

This is great for wrestling fans. Anything that can get wrestlers that many may be unfamiliar too here, more screen time is a huge plus. I'm not always up to watch the Japan stuff live, so if a few guys from over there pop up on AEW or Impact, that's more than cool with me

There’s no legitimate reason why Vince and Paul can’t call Tony and have Kenny run in the Balor Dunne match. Even if that’s a one off, it would generate talk and interest benefiting everyone for months at least. WWE looks left behind

Khan and Callis appear to have done all the legwork to at least get the cross promo going before/until Feb 26th.

Vince and Triple H have done nothing to help out. Unless there's been something worked out behind the scenes already, why should they help out the multi billion dollar company that tries to hamstring them at every turn? WWE literally wait until talent shows up on Dark or Dynamite and then make them a contract offer. That's some real snake shyt. How do you knowingly cut a deal with that?

They had Balor, Gallows, Anderson and Styles under contract for years and outside the occasional reference treated the Bullet Club thing like a joke.

If WWE happens to look left behind - it's because it's how they wanted it.
