Inner Circle has such little credibility for being the top/only heel stable headed up by their first champion and most well known name but each member has lost every big match and as a unit they've also lost every big match. Jericho ended his title run and then definitively lost a feud to Orange Cassidy who has gone on to do absolutely nothing of note since.

inner circle was always trash.
and i feel like they broke up kingston's stable because they were outshining the inner circle.

jericho is over-booked and never elevated anybody. only person to benefit from this group besides him, is sammy, and thats because sammy was the only one with nothing to lose.

Impact Wrestling Sacrifice is set to take place on Saturday, March 13, exclusively on Impact Plus.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the main event is going to be Impact World Champion Rich Swann vs. TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose in a Title vs. Title Match. The match already took place during the early February tapings with Swann winning both titles.

Dave Meltzer speculated this story is setting up Swann vs. AEW World Champion Kenny Omega at Impact Rebellion on April 24. Back in December, Omega referred to himself as a “belt collector” in his first Impact promo, which could play into the story. Also, the Rebellion poster has the Greek letter for “omega” in the middle of it as a hint to Omega wrestling at the PPV.

At January’s Hard to Kill, Omega and Impact World Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers defeated Swann, Moose, and Chris Sabin. Omega pinned Swann after hitting him with one winged angel. Omega hasn’t appeared for Impact since that PPV.

smh...I think they're doing it stupidly. Should've had Swann lose to Omega and then have Moose gain it from Omega. Builds up Moose as a power player in all of wrestling with a win over Omega. This way makes Impact look terrible with having Moose and Swann lose.

It legitimizes Swann further, so that when Moose brings it all home, and then successfully defends against him...it means that much more for Moose.

They're not jumping the gun, they're not sacrificing Rich for the angle, and it will make Moose that much more legit.

Plus, Moose can always challenge Kenny under the pretense of getting back HIS title he never got a proper rematch for. I very much like it.

^^^^^yea, thats why i laugh at the casual sector of AEW fans, who dont realize that half of AEW's roster wrestled in TNA/impact.

sammy isnt even big like that. hes basically on the same level as ace austin, just more exposure.

People always make the most of Tama Tonga's casual shyt talking. :russ:

This man was sending jabs at Roman Reigns on TV too when everyone knew nothing would come of it. For all his limitations in the ring Tama is king at working the marks.

Pretty sure Moose gonna test free agency soon so they gotta get the strap(s) off him...
