Unless you've upgraded your ps5, you still have the same 1 tb everybody else has.. Doesn't matter if you've played 100 games or 1.. So obviously most people have been deleting and downloading like they've done in every era of console gaming since hard drives were introduced
Did you even play Ragnarok? It already does 4k/40fps on the base PS5 for quality mode with 120hz option enabled.So kinda like the pro except you have more options based on the settings you prefer
High framerate mode gets up to 90fps at 1440P.
Performance mode 1440P~2160p dynamic res at 60fps.
On the Pro this thing will be pushing easily 120fps on high framerate mode with better graphics and 60fps at 4K. Resident Evil Village will be doing 120fps on the PS5 Pro.

There’s nothing special about the Pro.
With similar PC parts, you will get similar PC performance.
If the Pro is gonna do all that with a PS4 game, then so will comparable PC hardware.
The "dumb shyt" was you speaking without even knowing the base PS5 already is doing that so your hypothetical Ragnarok performance on the Pro was uninformed.
Except "similar" PC parts aren't going to be the same exact price and also we're not comparing PC to PC so comparing a console that's already ready to go vs building a PC is apples and oranges.
Not to mention, the PS5 Pro has AMD ray tracing tech that's not available in AMD GPUs yet so a "similar" part e.g. a 4070 is damn near the cost of a Pro alone. This convo is like comparing buying a store bought meal vs going to the supermarket and buying the ingredients and making it at home. It's not exactly the same thing.
I just was telling you that the base PS5 was already doing that. Current PS5 games like GT7 being able to do 8K/60fps via PSSR and 4K/60fps with ray tracing is pretty great not to mention other games. This has been settled, the Pro is definitely more than a "small update" and y'all can say what y'all want to say about the price but no one gives a damn about all this other nonsense y'all doing in this thread.

I responded to another persons hypothetical by saying similar hardware will give you similar performance.
I didn’t check GOW stats or need to check them to make that point.
For the PC i posted. you can already check it’s performance vs ps5 pro reported targets,
It already meets or exceeds those targets on all the games we have info on.
It doesn’t scale linearly like that.
Yes 4070 is closest when it comes to features because there is no AMD card out right is with those features.
