How can ADOS buy homes -- with fukked up credit, no downpayment money, jobs to pay these high ass mortgage and HOA fees.

Also, it's not the time to buy homes. And I say this as someone who has two spots - one paid for - one in a few years. Thanks to my daddy.

And - her plan says "WORKING CLASS FAMILIES" -- not specifically Black.

Whites are already entering in to historical Black areas all over the country -- this will make it easier for them to do so.

Did y’all read the actual plans? It doesn’t specify blacks. Just redlined communities. Meaning anyone in those communities are eligible.

Btw home ownership is not going to decrease the wealth gap.

if it helps the black community, why does it matter if it isn't specified. the First Step Act doesn't specify any particular group, but that didn't stop most of the people on this forum arguing to death about which attorney deserved credit over kim kardashian for using it to free dozens of incarcerated black men (and women) in 40 days or whatever it was

So. Cal
Kamala is not going to win. She proved what kind of person she is when she threw her supposed friend under the bus at the debate. People are now questioning her motives and point when she did that. People can see through her
Obama through his damn pastor under the bus and won in a landslide. She's not going to win because she is fake and can't campaign worth a damn.

She could be a great Senator of she would actually buckle down and be comfortable in her job instead of always looking for the next ladder to climb.

Do you know in many Black communities - that we can't even afford to be there anymore

So, unless Kamala is giving away homes for free and paying property taxes -- this aint gonna work.

In one of the neighborhoods my parents own a few homes in - This one white man has come in and bought 8 land plots of torn down homes. He is now building 60K homes. Now, our rent averages $500-650 for a 3-4 bedroom HOMES with a garage - Section 8 - some not. Black people are not going to be able to purchase these homes he is building.

Historical redlining neighborhoods in Michigan. That was all once Black owned and beautiful.
