Public officials have no business even making inflammatory political statements like that. Theres nothing out of context about the damn sheriff suggesting the addresses of his constituents should be made public for having a differing political view

He being critical of the Biden administration's attitude towards an egregious amount of illegal immigrants entering the United States. Maybe not the best way to make the point, but maybe it is.

"Hey, if you're in favor of all these people straining our resources, put them up in your house."

Anyone who is not a dolt gets the point without thinking he's threatening residents.

No you’re glossing over the clear inappropriateness of his comments and trying to sound fair and balanced but actually coming off as naive.

No ones sheriff should be suggesting that, no matter the context. Theres a time and place and people expect better from their elected officials
