Black Americans still suffer from particular problems that aren't addressed in these issues. Gun reform isn't solving inner gang violence. Just throwing money isn't solving school bias. "Infrastructure" can mean a million different things. Police reform is mostly a local issue because the federal government doesn't want to tie it's hands in these issue. UBI is not a popular platform and we aren't seeing any legislation or lobbying for that from a primary anytime soon. There is already plenty of low cost junior colleges and 92% of people have healthcare coverage and the number is rising.

He promised to re-negotiate NAFTA of all things. When that was the Democrats signature agreement. Which started the income inequality you see in the country today.
