How long did it take yall to hit 315 on bench?

I got up 305 3 times alone about a month back, my right shoulder started fukking with me soon after I did it so I stopped doing any dumbbell and darbell exercises until yesterday and did 225 10 reps just to start off and it started flaring up again :sadcam:

225 for 10 reps is still solid work:ehh:

But that shoulder ain't nothing to play with breh :francis: be careful

Yeah I'm abandoning the heavy lifting shyt and wanna be a pull-up king and legit runner. Just day by day adding more and more distance. So far this week I racked up prolly like 15-16 miles. Conditioning is getting crazy :wow:

6:36 is good shyt. I'm around there. Other day I got like 6:50 :francis:

But yea calisthenics and running miles will get you strong in shape and ripped :wow:

Yeah, that's my goal too, speed and distance. It's hard shyt tho, but it's weird to run that first mile faster you gotta start adding more and more miles total. I microload mileage like some people microload weight. One day I might run 6.5 miles, then the next day 6.7, bit by bit.

One goat thing about it is you can eat whatever the fukk you want when you run so much. :wow:

At the oment I couldn't give a fukk about my deadlift or squat, so all that gets thrown in the bushes. Great thing is with running you can do it every day also.

I hit'em, but unfortunately they hinder my recover too much. I really bad ITBS from deadlifts and squats when I combine that with the long distance running. Every now and then I'll jump in and hit'em.

I love deadlifts but they a bytch on recovery if you don't keep up with them. Last week I worked up to 365 for 3 and even that was tough. I feel weak as shyt now the more weight I lose, but I can run faster and longer, and my chins are starting to become real easy so I'll take it

It took me about a year and some change to hit 315. Im 6'0 210lbs. Would you guys consider 315 on the bench elite status for someone my size? :jbhmm:

Keep in mind I train mostly around cacs and in a commercial gym.

I'm not talking fat b*stard fat, I'm talking 185-200. If you're natural you're gonna be chubby and kinda sloppy around that weight. That's all I'm saying.

315 full range of motion with a pause at the bottom is impressive.
185-200 is chubby? :what: at what height.

I'm 6'1 and was skinny 185...205 now looking nice

It wont be a big cut, I'll decrease my carbs and eat closer to maintenance, increase cardio a little. :manny:

You're 6'1 bro. Not talking about you, mean more like sub 5'10", and again, you guys are black. Your genetic/physical make-up in general means you'll typically have less subcutaneous fat, higher levels of testosterone, etc. Then again I got a cac friend who is 6'0" 185 even and he has zero definition in his midsection, but that's prolly a byproduct of diet more than anything else.

In my personal opinion? Very, very impressive.

In the grand scheme? You're about 80-90 pounds off from truly being elite, but still, very impressive. Most men can't bench 225 let alone 315. Hell, I can't bench 225 anymore.
