I feel for bad for black women cause they get the sexist part first then the harsh racism if u reject their advances. I dont condone it but i understand how some BW turn into wenches at work. They get attacked from both sides but differently from the men and women but whoever holds the position of power they side with
I mean sexism isn't necessarily an actual attack. What I get more is men usually feeling in entitled to my attention or labor.

For example, my boss wanted me to plan a baby shower for one of my pregnant employees. Ummm no. That's not part of my job. There are tons of men who don't have the responsibilities I have. Ask them or so it yourself.

The worst is the attention thing though. Almost 90% of the staff is men. And many will do anything to get my attention. And usually they are insanely rude about or get extremely upset when they don't get it.

One guy literally will try to catch me early in the morning so he can trama dump on me. He got in trouble for so dumb shyt he did and he was suspended by the owner. The shyt had nothing to do with me but somehow his discussion about he what he did (I wasn't even working when he did it) turned into how I think "my shyt don't stink."

I even had guys send my porn to my work phone with the caption "this could be us."

Women can be guilty of it too. I literally just sent a woman home because she tried to pull thr damsel in distress card so she didn't have to do work. Then she tried getting loud. Girl bye. It's literally your second day on the job.

Again, anyone who is sexist I think are racist too. Even BP. I find that BP are quick to disrespect another BP but will tighten up when speaking to a WP.

Seconds.

The confirmation aspect takes a bit more time but people give themselves away at the introduction. You can chalk the sour face up to a bad day, but with time a pattern emerges.
Facts. When I used to deliver pizza for a stint, every time I went to one of their doors, it looked like I ruined their day. At first, I tried to excuse it as a fluke, knowing what the real deal was, cause I was tight for money at the time.

Especially if they already tipped me.

:mjlol: Them folks was mad they just gave their money to a negro.

I even had muthafukkas straight out put their money back in their wallet when they saw who it was.

And like another poster said, the coughing, the waiting in their car until you’re clear out of sight, the walking across the street. I just cannot fathom how a black person can marry into that, shyt will forever be mind-boggling to me.

My natural nature is to see the good in people but experience in dealing with CAC's has taught me to assume the worst. I have little to no expectations of them. I went to school with a handful who were cool and have never done or said anything to give the:mjpls:but if they did I would not be surprised. Never looks for their approval, they are not better than you:ufdup:

It can vary. I can usually get a hint, but I am bad at knowing when to pull the trigger, because I genuinely like to give people the benefit of the doubt. As I get older, I am just starting to give the burden of proof not to be, the moment I hear or see something suspect.
