5x5x195 is what I have been doing for the last couple weeks. I'm going to bump it up to 200 this week.
you should be able to jump to 225 no problem if you been doin that for the last couple weeks. who adds 5lbs? you not even gonna feel a difference. At the very least do 205.

when i first started lifting (4 years ago) I went from barely benching 100 to 225 in about 8 weeks. Not too long after that (maybe a couple more months) I was at 315. But I stopped benching heavy a while ago. I just do 225 for reps , some pushups and keep it moving.

Depends,it's not easy either tho
what is "depends"? if you really about that gym life 4-5 days a week like i was doing. it really is easy. i'm only 5'9 185. i was serious about my diet and was dedicated. Majority of people give up on the gym maybe a couple months in and start goin 2 days a week then 1 day and then you don't see them no more. Its a lifestyle and you gotta be really about that life. I'm still living healthy and haven't lost my gains in 5 years.

No you right,if you are consistent and dedicated yea you can get to 315,but not everyone will do that, not everyone know's how to lift, you see guys benching 225,but not many guys are hitting 315+
