The reason they hate Africa is because of LGBTQ

:martin:

I don't think Yvette and Tone hate Africa. I do think they think African migrants to America are not beneficial to ADOS, and Pan Africanism is a pipe dream. That being said, go to Ghana if you get the chance! You won't regret it!:noah:

I give Ghana credit, they know people are just lost, so they made up this "year of return" nonsense. Before Yvette & tone said anything about it, i didn't like it. How you gonna tell me to come to a place that sold me to the point they had a whole building made for it, but not give me something in return for giving you my dollar now that you are struggling?

We are a lost people. These stars talking about that's home, but don't want to acknowledge it was home who made our lives fukked up, and our ancestors had it WAY worse then us. If I support Ghana in this, I feel like I'm shytting on my ancestors for some false dream, they are rolling in their graves

Don't get me wrong, my anger isn't towards the citizens of Ghana, but whoever is in power, chances are they got some of that wealth from slavery, so fukk them! Until you offer me something for what you created, you can eat a dikk. If I can hate the powers in America, I can hate the powers in West Africa who did business with them.
You're talking in circles.

Do you not realize that every other demographic has entire countries backing them?

That was pure fluff and not a counterpoint to anything that Tone and Yvette said. I don't even ride fully with their take on this, but the vid I saw so far was not a rebuttal.

Who doesn't know that there are businesses or business opportunities in Africa? The whole narrative of the ignorant black American not knowing or having a false perception of Africa as a hindrance to doing business over there is not the case.

Black Americans with the means and the intent to do something in Africa were doing things before this year of return outreach. The factors that inhibited such connections (white supremacy, lack of capital) on either side are still in place.

The IMF still has its crosshairs on Ghana and bringing over a bunch of rich black Americans to invest doesn't speak to the broader economic growth challenges in that country and the rest of Africa. That's the reality.

Let's not hide behind Yvette and Tone's intractable position on anything African to make out the Year of Return outreach for something it's not.

But it's this coupled with the Boyega nonsense that made me unfollow them on Twitter with Tone's stupidity about plane tickets as if not paying a premium when you go to Africa for the first time is not the smartest course. Obviously, people are overpaying for the experience and to be guided around. Does he want ados showing up in Accra, Lagos or any part of West Africa for the first time doing everything alone and on the cheap? That part made no sense, but there was a lot of valid criticisms there despite their given bias. This Roland video did nothing to counter that.
Yes, everything is terrible and nothing is good.

You happy?

Just tuck your c00n head in and go back to the utopia you supposedly live in :duck:

The same can be said of Rollie and peers when it comes to "Electability" and "we just need to nominate someone who can beat Trump".

:snoop:

I was in Rollie's chat trying to get people understand that people ain't looking for a "Perfect" candidate but someone who is talking about policies that will actually improve people's lives. POLICIES not Platitudes. TANGIBLES. Young voters ain't stupid.

I don't know why Rollie and his peers are so fn dense on this. Michael Moore just explained this perfectly. Elect a centrist to face Trump and Trump wins again.
every politician ever has to make platitudes.

Every member of the House of Representatives lives in districts that represent about 750,000 people. You're going to make concessions SOMEWHERE. Even better if there were more representatives so you could have more tailored messages but thats not how things are right now.

What do you think the voter registration and voter turnout numbers will be for Black people under 27?

Ive seen the giant text right here on this board from so called black people..

They even post statistical data that shows black people are broke and shouldn't even think about practicing group economics..

Shyt was very disturbing..

Yes, it's very disturbing. They are basically saying that if the government doesn't save us we are all going to die. That's about the most bytch assed mentality I have ever heard. Meanwhile these immigrants setting up shop in our neighborhoods and sending their kids to college to be engineers and doctors off our dollar. Toney and Yvette are a part of the Black failure class just looking to be saved...

Don't compare those two to Malcolm X.

I watched it twice already.

Don't assign other people's opinions onto me, respond only to what I actually communicate to you. With that said, becoming a Lawyer is the beginning of the discussion, after you tell someone you're a lawyer the next questions are:

How many cases have you won?
Do you have your own practice?
Do you actively practice today?

The only case we know about is him causing Rick Ross to take huge losses where Rick Ross lost his producer credit in a story about HIS OWN LIFE. BTW the story that was Emmy nominated that Tone somehow got a credit on eventhough his client didnt.

The problem with this statement is that it is false because we had our own businesses, restaurants, banks, and store prior to integration. The real reason why it was hard to maintain is because White racists sabotaged us at every stop. That doesn't mean we roll over and die. This plan of "let's get reparations then figure out how to work together" is asinine. What will happen if your plan comes to fruition is that there will be a select group of people that work to move us forward but a lot of others are going to spend all their money up outside the community instantaneously. We need to build the economy first which is possible with our current resources, if it wasn't all these Asians, Hispanics, and Arabs wouldn't be sending their kids to college off our dollar.

This just sounds like "save me" rhetoric. If Jesus aint gonna come save you, you'll take the next best thing, the White man.

The same Asians who went to their home countries and got them to speak to the USA Government on their behalf to get competition out the way. And the USA did exactly that. Wasn’t any group economics needed to get this done. Just plain old politics. The same Hispanics who have access to manufacturers in their home countries to maintain their shops.

In 2019 we simply do not have enough to maintain any industries we get involved in. If we did we wouldn’t be headed towards implosion by 2050. We keep dreaming about the old days not realizing that has far passed us. It’s a new day. No one is saying group economics is ineffective. Without any ground work laid it’ll be back to square one. You’re dealing with a largely wealth less class of people.

The same Asians and Hispanics we can simply not buy shyt from period. Doesn't matter if you have supply if there is no demand. Simply not buying from them will change the tides very quickly.

I think you need to look in the mirror, because your post has nothing to do with my post:gucci:

But, if you mean have Ghana back us in this country, nikka please. I've been in the streets, and know a con when I see one. No one in the streets trust a con artists, but I'm supposed to do it because he says we are family? You know how many families shytted on their own? You should because you are the fruit of one:troll:

And this is coming from a former panafricanist. Once I learned more, then saw a lot of game being sold, i got out of that shyt. I still want it to happen, but first we need to fix our families. Meaning People in South America need to fix their families, people in the Caribbean need to fix their families, and the same in the states. After that is done we go back home, and confront our old family about what they did to us, and created our dysfunction., and THEN fix them IF they want fixing. That is when, and ONLY when, Panafricanism can happen. Until then keep dreaming like was have been since the 70's? Don't you think something is wrong if it hasn't worked in over 40 years?! WAKE UP!
