Tony Khan got on the NFL network and said WWE is the Harvey Weinstein of wrestling

Besides it not boosting any business for WWE & only benefitting AEW, the only chance at anything close went out the window with that. TKO has distribution partnerships with TNA that's why the crossover works, feels like there's a higher chance they'd rather piss on AEW's grave
All of this. Plus, somebody in WWE's front office saw the completely one-sided relationship that AEW had with Impact. That probably hurt Tony Khan's chances, too.

How do you come up with this off of what Swerve said? the E already acknowledges them, so why do they need “acceptance”? :dwillhuh:
Every challenger brand Snowman likes to reference his brand being better than has done this. The ABA, AFL etc. To prove they deserve to be accepted at the same level. And bought out by the bigger more established brand at some point. It's just funny to hear this kinda talk from their champion now. This would've never been the case in AEWs past. Point being outside of the want/need to be bought this is what everyone else has done in their position. They were supposed to be different. They're not. He's made all the WCW mistakes he mocked Bytchoff for making. It's funny in hindsight if you been paying attention.

I mean, it’s not like TK said anything. I don’t know how you can say AEW isn’t different because they are. If anything, their style is similar to ECW, but they still stand apart from ECW.

They’re the same as WCW because they made bad decisions from time to time? What wrestling company hasn’t done that? :skip:

They wouldn't let AEW use any of the Sting footage they own (Mid South, WCW) during his farewell tour or let Nash even be in the building for the final match since he's under contract but they're gonna do a show together :russ:

You can't go on those unhinged benders shyt-tweeting and cut Jim Crockett promos every other month like Snowman does and expect there to be any sort of cordial relationship.
Nash could be in the building, he just chose not to. He tried to claim WWE wouldn’t let him because he was on a legends deal, but when Luger and others on legends deals went he had to backtrack on that. Basically he’s just really bad about making up excuses for why he doesn’t want to go to something and he’d rather twerk for his boy HHH than show up off camera to support a friend.

Never. WWE is going to work with a company who takes shots at them every minute and who’s boss went on tv to call them sexual offenders
