You can’t pass anything exclusively for black people.

They can pass anything they want. The first step is they have to propose and support the legislation.

California for example just proved this is a lie pushed by the democrats. They got around the “race-based” policy by creating a lineage-based designation “ADOS” and California democrats blocked the reparations bill. Proving all of us right about the “reparations studies” runaround.

This is simply a matter of interpretation of the law. Policies that address the racial disparities created by racist policy is not discrimination, it’s corrective action. It’s not raced-based policy, it’s policy-based policy. Reparations is policy based on past racist policy. The racial wealth, health, home-ownership, etc gaps didn’t just create themselves.

This is why holding democrats accountable is important. Everyone says we should vote democrat to control the courts. What’s the point of controlling the courts if democrats don’t actually support reparations? If controlling the federal courts was the only roadblock, we would have gotten reparations under Obama’s 8 year term. We just got 4 years of Biden, if we get 4 years of Kamala, they should appoint enough federal judges that correctly interpret these civil rights laws right?
