The twitter account you're quoting, you nitwit.

And she was right about Trump's administration, so how do you explain the misinformation?
ain't no misinformation... He asked if she is in charge what would she do? Instead of talking about WHAT she would do to remove the dumbass bill, she pointed at Trump. Trump don't be in office if she win, so she's just ducking and diving responsibly as usual.

This is politics in a nutshell. Finger pointing instead of solving issues. All she had to say that she's against hard working Americans tax dollars going to this shyt and will fight to remove the bill. She said she will follow the law, like there aren't laws that get changed every time there is a new president

Biden said:
"Be herself. Look, she is smart as hell. Number one, she’s tough. She was a first-rate prosecutor…and as vice president, there wasn’t a single thing that I did that she couldn’t do. And so I was able to delegate [to] her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy," he said.

Not a good look tbh.

Kamala Harris is not some weak politician with no reach, she's the second most powerful person on the fukking planet right now.

It is. Again, I am talking about the guy you're quoting in the tweet. This all happened under Trumps administration, but they didn't care.

Harris did answer the question. She said she would follow the law, which is an important part of her responsibility, because it rightly ensures humane treatment for EVERY prisoner. Her reference to Trump wasn't a deflection, but a way to expose the inconsistency of her critics. The same people who stayed silent when this issue existed under Trump are now outraged. By pointing out this double standard, she was emphasizing that accountability should be consistent, not selective.

There's no issue to be solved, because there is no issue. She both committed to doing the *right* thing, which is following the law, and at the same time, highlighted how the right's criticisms are rooted in political hypocrisy. That context matters if we're serious about addressing the issue fairly. We both know you and the other Trump sycophants aren't, though.

She made those Fox New clowns look stupid. And that's why y'all are mad. :pachaha:

Making hard working mothers and fathers that obey the law, pay for a sex change for a criminal that broke the law is ensuring humane treatment according to this guy bruhs. He thinks cutting off your bozack because you wanna be a woman is on the same level as a cancer patient

The guy interviewing her gave her an ally off the backboard. All she had to say was i'm cutting off that goofy ass Bill Trump let slide thru the cracks

Your argument rests on a complete misunderstanding of both gender-affirming care and humane treatment. Gender-affirming care isn't some elective "sex change," it's medically recognized care for people with gender dysphoria, and denying it causes real harm, including higher risks of suicide and severe mental health issues. Even prisoners have a right to healthcare, whether you like it or not. That's part of how humane systems operate.

And no, the mandate didn't just "slip through" under Trump's administration, his DOJ signed off on it. The real issue isn't the care, it's bigots like you that have a problem with certain kinds of healthcare when it doesn't fit your personal beliefs.

Yes, a Fox News Trump surrogate gave her an easy one. Sure. Or maybe it's because these people don't really believe all the backwards bullcrap they vomit out, or even understand what's even happening first place, which leads to them getting caught up in their own bullcrap.

Why? We still have to treat criminals like humans, so denying them critical care like gender-affirming treatment would be cruel. It would also undermines their basic rights and cause further harm to their well-being, leading to more serious mental and emotional suffering. It's wild to me that we are totally fine with providing taxpayer-funded lethal aid that kills thousands around the globe but want to ban life-saving healthcare. That's just a fukked up double standard to have. It exposes how we don't really value lives.

We still shouldn't deprive people of life-saving healthcare just because they're in prison. The 8th Amendment declares that we shouldn't impose cruel and unusual punishments, and denying critical healthcare to incarcerated individuals amounts to exactly that. And it is their job. The government assumes the responsibility for the welfare of ALL of the incarcerated, whether they're in state or federal prison.

Harris focuses on Black voters in appearance at North Carolina church

A Black farmers group endorsed Harris. That could give her a serious boost in rural areas.

The National Black Farmers Association endorsed the vice president's campaign, boosting her rural outreach with a potentially powerful voting bloc.

By Ja'han Jones

Vice President Kamala Harris received a big boost with rural voters on Tuesday thanks to an endorsement from the National Black Farmers Association and its president, John Boyd.

In a statement, Boyd said Harris "has the vision to recognize the need to invest in agriculture and land ownership, new loan programs and credits, to make it easier to start and run a farm in the U.S.”

Black farmers, a group historically kneecapped by discriminatory policies, are acutely aware of the setbacks a second Donald Trump term could inflict on Black people, and the obstacles his first term created for Black businesses in particular.

In 2021, as part of a more than trillion-dollar coronavirus relief bill, Congress authorized $5 billion in debt relief and other aid to minority farmers who had faced discrimination. This could have been a partial but important step toward recompense for years of deliberate, government-enabled harm. But that program has been held up in court due to various lawsuits — at least one of which is backed by Trump adviser Stephen Miller, who espoused white nationalist ideas in leaked emails — alleging the aid amounts to anti-white racism.

Miller is on a legal crusade to end both private and public programs designed to promote diversity and give aid to women and nonwhite people. And Trump seems to be on the same page, given his vow to crack down on “anti-white feeling” if he’s elected president again.

Congress ultimately altered the law to broaden the group of people who could apply for the aid, and although Boyd has said he’s glad some of the aid has been able to reach Black farmers, he’s been outspoken in fighting for the debt relief originally promised and is actively suing the federal government to receive it. The fact Boyd is backing the Harris-Walz campaign shows he knows MAGA racism has been the biggest impediment to Black farmers like him receiving much-needed — and much-deserved — assistance.

With Election Day approaching, the Harris-Walz campaign has made a point of platforming and mobilizing Black farmers. Aside from moral reasons, there are some clear political ones, too. Census data from 2022 showed there are more than 46,000 Black farmers in the U.S., the majority of whom are concentrated in Southern states Democrats are targeting — such as Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia.

In a race that could come down to a few thousand votes in just a few states, Black farmers such as Boyd and the Black Farmers Association could play a key role. They may prove to be a key voting bloc, and they’re also valuable-yet-informal spokespeople for the campaign. They could help mobilize Team Harris' rural backers. And they can also undercut Trump's claims, made to Black people in particular, that he's a pro-business candidate.
