Ok, so if the risk is some of those voters not understanding the pivot, they are not the people who have been paying attention all this time. As long as a program does not discriminate at those right-wingers claim, there are ways they can cater to black voters but the game has literally been to fond ways inside of it to help them, just like the black farmers point of the giy you quoted.
