Who else could the dems run in 2020? I doubt Bernie would run again. I wouldn't be surprised if Hillary tried again and wouldn't be surprised if she loses again.

To be fair though, Thompson struggled with a message. It’s like he wanted the police union vote and the black vote at the same time. I still voted for him, but I can see why some black folks were apprehensive about him.
