:mjlol:Terrence Howard is actually closer to the mark than a lot of people think he is. Billion dollar megacorps (Sony, IBM, Microsoft, etc.) cited his ideas as the pioneer for virtual reality in entertainment. Some of his rhetoric is paranoia, but he is obviously highly intelligent and able to articulate his points in a concise manner. I will not simply write him off as "crazy" because he is a black man that doesn't behave in a stereotypical way.

his ar/vr patent is legit

but...let's think about it...what if electricity/magnetism is a better explanation than gravity/big bang?

:jbhmm:

His ar/vr patent is not legit. He definitely filed the patent application under his name, but look at the patent case history, it went abandoned. Meaning his idea was rejected and he has no actual patent on his "invention".

This man is mentally ill, and I'm still not quite sure if a lot of y'all are trolling in here or nah :patrice:

Source?

All con men and a lot of crazy people can do the same. Intelligence and articulation do not insulate you from mental illness.

I will not simply write him off as "crazy" simply because he is a black man that doesn't behave in a stereotypical way.

But are you willing to do so when he claims he considered destroying all humanity and claims he has the means to do so?

Or when he states that he remembers entering his mothers womb and his time spent in there?

Or when he says that 1x1 = 2?

He says It went abandoned because the lawyers kept hitting him up for money. He's not mentally Ill. He can articulate ideas and remember things and infact the amount of recall this man has. He seems highly intelligent to me and a free thinker. Which for a creative like he and Kanye has a double edged sword to it but is helpful for not thinking inside a closed box. The result of that is a bunch of patents and if you can discredit the abandoned one even if it has his name what can you say about his other patents or ideas? Everyones wants to attack the multiplication topic cause its the easiest to address but no one wants to dive into the deeper questions like Gravity. If anything if it solidifies old ideas then its good but people are afraid to debate those

:mjlol:Wrong. His idea wasn't rejected. Anyone that's ever had a copyright or patent in America knows that you have TO PAY. Some periodically. The powers that be knew Terrence Howard was onto something, so they kept up charging him to the point where he stopped paying. If it were rejected, it would have never made it to the list in the first place.

But are you willing to do so when he claims he considered destroying all humanity and claims he has the means to do so?
:mjlol:Most humans think about destroying when they're angry or resentful.
Or when he states that he remembers entering his mothers womb and his time spent in there?
:mjlol:False. He stated his first memory was in his mother's womb. That's not the first time a person has made that claim.
Or when he says that 1x1 = 2?
:mjlol:Espousing a new mathematical theory is crazy? That happens fairly often throughout history.

Terrence is a multimillionaire, and even in a worst-case scenario the total cost of a patent will be no more than a few thousand dollars. He claims this patent generated sales of $7 trillion so far, which would be insane profits for him on very little cost. The only way his "lawyers would keep hitting him up" is if his patent application was getting repeatedly rejected and he kept having to reapply.

You can be highly intelligent, articulate things, have recall, etc. and still be mentally ill. Look at Bobby Fisher, he was the greatest chess player in the world (some say the greatest in history) and yet he was crazy as fukk and believed in all sorts of ridiculous things.

Look at how much shyt Terrence Howard falsely recalls. Claiming he can remember his time in the womb, claiming he has a PhD in chemical engineering, etc. If he isn't crazy, he's a compulsive liar.

Holding a patent doesn't mean an idea is true, it just means the idea is yours and unique. There are MANY patents for shyt that doesn't work, it's not the job of the patent office to actually build your thing and see if it works or not. All the patent office is checking is whether or not your idea has been submitted before by someone else and whether it is sufficiently different from other ideas to be patentable.

You can hold 100 patents and all that means is you're creative, but it doesn't mean you've done anything at all.

EDIT: I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BELIEVING HIM. HE DOESN'T EVEN HOLD THOSE PATENTS, THEY'RE JUST APPLICATIONS THAT WERE NEVER GRANTED.

This thread is a small example of what’s actually wrong with the so called black community
