I actually meal prepped wild caught Pacific Salmon for the first time and it came out decent. Only downside is the fish smell when reheating at the office

I feel like I'm on a animal documentary every time I eat salmon. Cuz I love the skin, best part to me. You see the bears prepping for hibernation eating the skin and discarding the flesh. I love salmon though, skin and meat. I like it out of a can too. Sodium is a bit much though.
