Nothing you said has zero to do with the bill at hand
what bill? the thread title is a lie, and a game democrats play :mjlol:

this was not a standalone bill about veterans' benefits. it was a pork-filled monstrosity, with some benefits for veterans thrown in, which lawmakers aren't allowed to separate. you have to vote for all or nothing. and that's why we're fukking 35 trillion in debt

We are in debt because of the previous presidents dumbass policies. Debt always seems to rise when Republican is in office, so let’s stop acting like Lauren and her ilk are fiscally responsible all of a sudden.

By the time Trump left office, he added $7.8 trillion to the national debt particularly due to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. Biden's slowed that debt increase by $2.7 trillion dollars. The debt will keep increasing due to that shyty tax cut. You must sound like a Trumpster who yells "stop the vote" when it favors them at the moment and not see things over time.

I don't think they think that. They think that if the Dems lose the black vote then they'll be forced to give American Black folks what they demand. And then if the Dems ever get reelected they'll have to follow through with that promise. It's a simple idea but too simple for something like reparations.
Especially when the Republicans will be installing judges during their reign that will strike down any bill that's passed or tie it up in courts for years

You can smilie from here till tomorrow. When Trump reduced corporate tax rates from 35% to 21% and cuts in individual income taxes, its going to lead to decrease in government revenue. With less revenue coming in, the federal government had to borrow more money to cover its spending, contributing to a rising national debt. Over time, the debt increases as the government continued to operate at a deficit. Trump's tax cut will add $1.9 trillion of debt over the next decade and you think yelling "Pelosi" and "covid bills" has teeth? :camby:

you're in over your head, chief. i bet you don't even know that after that trump tax cut, government tax revenue was the highest it had ever been. it went up; not down. google it.

i don't even support trump's bullshyt tax cuts, but you can't just make up facts and deny reality

All of a sudden the COVID bill wasn't a bipartisan bill? The Care Act passed in the Senate with unanimous support. The vote was 96-0.

Trump then signed it. Now it's a Pelosi bill. :laff:

they don't need to raise taxes; they need to stop fukking spending so much

yes, the first bill did. and then republicans said the second covid bill was excessive, while democrats were demanding we keep paying people not to work. and then biden and pelosi passed the 3rd bill without a single republican vote

so enjoy those high interest rates :yeshrug:
