I would eat that shyt 24/7 lol, I just bought two packs of that shyt, some limes and some shyt to put on that shyt tomorrow.

My oldest doesn't like it that much so it's only in rotation once every two weeks for them. If I got time to hook it up I break my fast with some fruit and then salmon, grits and veggies.

I tend not to eat much fish due to mercury and heavy metals. Also I'd never eat farmed fish.

But salmon is my go-to fish for healthy eating. Red snapper, on the other hand, for frying

Ya I only eat sockeye salmon from pacific.

ANY Atlantic salmon is FARMED fish
