Where It’s Not Safe
paying $800 a month for what, you ain’t got a mortgage or rent to keep up

split the food
Split the repairs
Split the cable
Split the electric
Split the water
Handle your own insurance through your employer
Handle your own phones

if that’s your real deal girl, not some broad you met at the club 2 months ago, but your real deal girl, ride or die shyt, intentions to marry, you ain’t asking for rent when there ain’t really rent to be paid

that’s the real world plehboi, not your internet safe haven where you can act tough
Alright man basically what this post is telling me is that you have to pay like you weigh.

Not everyone is blessed in the looks, game or bedroom department so they have to break bread to keep a woman around like in ur case....

Good luck man and pray to God u never go broke. Peace

If you’re serious about the relationship you’re not going to bill the person.

you put in the work to have that positive financial situation. but that ain’t your tenant. it’s weirdly impersonal to charge your significant other rent, even at a reduced rate

She's also not his wife. She lives there a few years, saves money and then dumps him or sucks a few other dikks...

Cut this bullshyt out. I aint working hard to let you live free. Get the fukk out my house entitled bytch

Classic Coli, but I live in the real world plehboi

splitting utilities makes tons of sense but you don’t bill your girl rent on a place you own unless you don’t want that to be your girl much longer

enjoy being single

The expenses in owning a home go beyond a utilities and a morgage. And living responsibility free at your SOs expense is reason to be bushed. It's a severe character flaw and says a lot about you if you have the nerve to be incensed by the scenario.

One guy made an assumption that I wouldn't contribute to the pot of getting a second property based on HIS experience of women he's dated.

I'm doing that in real life with my real man.

What was logical about that?

Why wouldn't a woman question where her boyfriend is putting the money to? What if he has plans on running a business, or taking classes to get his degree? Which would make me at ease about the situation. My post only questioned WHERE the money is going, not that I was completely against it and you guys are so bitter and eager to jump down a womans throat on this topic y'all can't comprehend that.

What was logical about that?

$800 a month seems like a lot for a paid off home.

She should definitely pay something, but that seems high.
