The irony of all this is that half of these dudes sound like they already know their fate which is that no woman wants them but also it sounds like they don't want a woman at all either.

but nah, if its a serious girlfriend or potential wife, you dont charge her rent. she should naturally ask during the conversation how she can help money wise (bills, groceries, new furniture, etc). and you guys can make a plan from there.

This is where you messing up fam. Ain’t none of these chicks “keepers”, and the fukk you mean “probably cook some good meals”?, if you living in my shyt for free, you cooking and cleaning is a damn near requirement, groceries, etc.. All of that.
If shorty lives in your property(not your personal place) for a year rent free, and dumps you after 12 months. She walks away with $14K saved and new dikk and you’re left with nothing. Wouldn’t you rather have the situation end with something? Otherwise it was a complete waste of time.
