Why wouldn't the opposite be looked at as a comeup? She is going from paying $2000 for rent to now living rent free is the ultimate come up. It's not like he's charging her full rent for the place.

See this is why I would like to start from the bottom with a chick in getting a house. That way you both work together in getting the house.
