The main solution I feel best about is changing the way kids attend school, rework the nations curriculum to create more thought provoking well rounded students , also parent proof the schools

But this will take cooperation amongst parents teachers gov etc.

But I’m sure there is many solutions and ways to make it better but again that takes cooperation

There’s no solution. I was told in this thread only old heads like college.

@maxamusa

Let the Engineers, Lawyers, Scientists and Doctors be white, Asian and Hispanic. Let’s continue to have less and struggle as a black race while we watch men from other races get ahead. That’s the way the youth want it - let them have it that way.

Simple white collar corporate jobs were outsourced to LATAM AND india... Why would the youth waste time in college when there's no job for them at the end.. how about investing in Americans again:yeshrug:
If they're investing in ALL Americans this time, then sure.

I’m not trying to have a pity party for black men. I think you said “dikk and balls lead”, and I agree. If that wasn’t you then I apologize because to some people that can come off as misogynistic….but real manhood is a rough business and as you alluded to earlier, black men collectively have been failing in that regard. In regards to your question about the essence fest, I think they had easier access to the means(corporate sponsorship) to make it happen because they are great consumers and show up to black women centric events en masse. With that being said, that is not an excuse for black men not putting some type of major event together to showcase to young male adolescents what black manhood should look like.
But why do corporations put effort into courting black women. It’s the same reason they put effort into courting white women and gay men: they are heavily consumer based, IE they buy a lot of shyt. They also regularly provide free advertisement for products/film/television/music on social media. Black men are not a high priority because we aren’t a reliable consumer base. We aren’t buying cars and phones and vacations like these other groups.

The most impactful thing black men can do is pivot hard into trades and government jobs. The latter is gonna be hard with Trump promising to cut fed jobs but trades are open. They got affordable certification courses at community colleges. I know brehs living nice off HVAC, plumbing etc. These are jobs a lot of people simply aren’t focusing on. Hispanic men are heavy in some of those fields depending on where you live but white men are largely not there. So what excuse do we have? If brehs don’t want to work at an Amazon warehouse these are much better options if you can get in the door. I see black men networking on this stuff at my barbershop all the time.

A lot of black men (men in general lately) just don't give a fukk about their education.

Most medical Doctors in the US are now females, across the board..

These dudes are begging for a societal existence where women wear the pants :pachaha:

Even more complex corporate jobs are being shipped overseas. They closed the New York office of my last employer and are pouring resources into the Philippines office, paying employees 1/15th of what we made.

I hope these corporations are ready to negotiate with Filipinos trying to get them to renew $345,000 deals. :scust:

As Ive said before, Ive become less and less impressed by Black male leadership over the years. We are at the point that niqqas will post Charleston White as a valid source.

Dr Umar
Tariq
Kanye

So many of these guys are unimpressive yet have a stranglehold on what is considered Black male intellectualism. Its sad.
You couldn't have said this better or in a more succinct fashion. The charlatans and grifters like tariq nasheed and dr umar are upheld as intellectuals whose words carry weight and hold value, while actual smart brothers are not given the same stakes. Alot of it is social media and the blatant mis information and how easy it is to spread blatantly false propaganda. I have always said education is still the best path to sucess and to black people going into the middle class, the vast majority of people arent going to be atheltes, entertainers, or tech gurus, there needs to be a bottom up emphasis by community leaders, parents, guardians on education again as the road to prosperity, encourage science and arts and promote it in the black community

So we're just going to ignore the school to prison pipeline that basically targets black men? Seriously, because that should be the bulk of the discussion here. The underlying aspect of this is that black boys are targeted, starting from pre-school, with attacks and attempts to brand them as trouble-makers and even worse. Damn near every black boy has a story about this. It's wild that this is not the most prevalent aspect of this discussion.
@NYC Rebel @ViShawn and I mentioned this. We know they're targeted. They're a threat to white masculinity. They have to be taken out first.

Black boys are demoralized by the community and their mothers before they even go to school. They're the most abused and targeted children in America.

Y'all don't focus on their childhood development because you're afraid to address the very clear problem in the community.

ABUSIVE AND NEGLECTFUL SINGLE MOTHERS!

All the problems we see from childhood to adulthood are just effects of it.

Lack of a two family home is the biggest problem

When a lot of these boys are raised by single mothers and the effect of the boys mind seeing they mothers with no good niccas coming in and out the house and seeing these dudes with no type of positive energy or work ethic, these young boys turn that shyt into their lives.

then u add the fact these young boys father figures are what they see and hear everyday which is rappers and thug/street shyt because theres no daddy in the home..

Education is the key to success or at least be functional in this day to day world..but social media will have black folks thinking, you don’t need education or a trade because you can get paid good online.. which is bullshyt on a large scale

And there it is. The single mother ethos is the reason we are seeing a thing impacting Black boys and all boys in this country at this time. :snoop:

White boys coming out of two parent homes are also seeing a precipitous drop in college enrollment.

I think we need to move past these cliches and random men in the house scripts.
