Possibly, or the fight for him to get there would have fractured the party going into an election. I'm perfectly fine with how the ticket turned out.
He actually made it as a pilot, but Trump and his father ridiculed and bullied him for it. They said a pilot was a glorified bus driver and beneath the Trump name.

That's why Biden beat him last time: he found the best way to ridicule him. From the debates to the speeches, he needled Trump all summer/fall in 2020. I don't expect Kamala to do it exactly like that, and some might say she can't because she's a woman. But she can definitely clown the fukk out of him in the debate and display she's smarter and sharper than him. If she knocks the debate out the park shyt is going to get real spooky for Trump.
Coming back to this, it seems the Trump campaign is going all in on winning all their 2020 states including holding NC. Then to flip PA and GA.

That's a stretch to say don't you think? RFK took more of the MAGA vote than the Dem vote.
He simply donates to the org that tries to put candidates on the balance regardless. That isn't anything nefarious.
RFK was a front to take moderates away from Biden, but that backfired when he dropped out. Then, he started to eat away from Trump almost to 5% at one point. So, he dropped out. Join forces with Trump. Now he sueing to get his name off the ballot in battleground states, because he pulled out after the deadline.
Have you been following any of the RFK lore drops? This shyt is so stupidly hilarious it belongs on television.
