Scarface, easily.

Scarface got like 5 great or classic albums. Ghost only has one certified classic with one good (Ironman) album.

Plus, Ghostface fell off after Supreme Clientele. Scarface still sounds as great. In fact, Scarface might be still be in his prime because he's been able to still sound fresh with his music.
