I estimate I can bench at least 350. I can bench 315 3-4 reps. 225 20 reps.
Squat & Deadlift? I aint did that shyt since high school. I could do at least 405 of both at that time though.
I was 250-260 in high school though, I'm like 200-205 now.
500/505 club is my bench max
The highest I go on squat is 375 or rarely 405.
I don't fukk with deadlifts anymore
Yeah, but I don't put on 500 everyday breh. That's just my max.. I usually fukk with 405-435 range during the week
