What kinda numbers you putting up on bench/squat/dead?

bench 225 for 4 reps. (I usually do 5x5 with 205, never tried more than 245).

squat 295 for 5x5. never tried more.

deadlift :flabbynsick: ... I've done 295, but normally do 275 for 4x4. But, my technique must be shyt, because I hurt my lower back a couple times a year. I may cut deadlifts out, or switch to hex bar.

Monday i got 225 on the bench for 10x3 sets and 205 for 12x1

Im coming brehs. I can feel that 305

I estimate I can bench at least 350. I can bench 315 3-4 reps. 225 20 reps.

Squat & Deadlift?:mjlol: I aint did that shyt since high school. I could do at least 405 of both at that time though.

I was 250-260 in high school though, I'm like 200-205 now.

:ohhh: So much has changed since this post. Since I got down to 175 doing a weight loss contest, I've tried to make 185 my new normal weight. I've started to hit my legs pretty good twice a week. I started doing squats again and will do some deadlifts every now and then, but them shyts is harder then I remember:wow:.

I've basically retired from the bench press because of all of the joint and shoulder pain. I will bench 225 3x10 once a week just so I don't completely fall off, but I used to be a beast on the bench:to:

My estimated 1RM's for the following...

Bench: 185 lbs.
Squat: 295 lbs.
Deadlift: 285 lbs.

I need to get my bench/overall upper body numbers up. Growing up I've always had a stronger base though.

500/505 club is my bench max
The highest I go on squat is 375 or rarely 405.

I don't fukk with deadlifts anymore :whoa:
