What kinda numbers you putting up on bench/squat/dead?

Do you guys find your deadlift to be heavier or your squat?

generally the deadlift will be heavier but it all depends on your body composition (long legs/short torso or the opposite. Plus arm length) and what lift you 'get' or enjoy more than the other.

I had to switch to hex bar deadlifts (fukked up my lower back), so I know I'm cheating ... but I finally did 3 plates the other day for 4 reps.

got up to 335 for 4 sets of 2. i had to get to 335, because some web site considers that the standard for "intermediate" lifters. Been off and on for like 8 years, so I had to at least get to intermediate.

got up to 335 for 4 sets of 2. i had to get to 335, because some web site considers that the standard for "intermediate" lifters. Been off and on for like 8 years, so I had to at least get to intermediate.

I've seen stuff like that before and honestly it can :camby:

FOH trying to say 3 plates plus is intermediate. In person I have seen someone deadlift three plates maybe 5 times.

there are dudes in my gym (used to be a golds, but now is just a ymca) doing 4 plates plus.

EDIT -- This dude (not even a really big dude) deadlifted 5 plates for sets of 2. I guess that's 495. seems like a lot. Made me feel like the p*ssy I am for working out on bench with 205.

though, I do agree with you that they elevate the standards.

Currently sitting at 6'2 250 proably around 16-18% body fat. :mjcry:

Started cutting at the top of the year and letting the mirror dictate. Had veins in the abs at 220 in 2013 so shooting for 230 lets get it :takedat:

3 plates is considered light when you talking about deads. Like its easy to get to 3 from a beginner point. It was easy for me at least.
