410 on squats 90 degrees 315 on ATG
525 on deadlifts...tried 575 got it up like a couple of inches after attempting 525
80lbs on weighted pullups
tried 80lbs on db shoulder press today got 6 clean reps..maybe more if i was fresh
knocked 225 for 12 reps on bb chest press.
need to attempt some heavy military press to see where im at.

Squat: 285
6'2'' 208lbs. really isn't big for my height.
Does the chalk for deadlifts really make a difference? My palms are starting to look like speed bumps
