295x4 on bench

435x3 on squat (to parallel)

500x1 on deadlift (my grip is holding me back. I go raw, no straps no chalk)

I probably can do more but I superset every weighted set with its calisthenic equivalent. I lift for power and explosiveness:manny:

What about belt for deadlift and why do you not consider using chalk "raw"? :leostare:

I don't use any belts I feel using equipment whether it be straps gloves belt fosters weaknesses in the chain.

What I consider raw is something you can up off the street and do. Chalk I consider prep.

But chalk is the one thing I'll consider using down the line, but I'm trying to see how deep I can go without it.

Currently benching 5x4x~245-250, squatting 3x5x295, DLing 3x5x315

I used to DL 4 plates but I was nuking my back to do it. My DL was like 1.5x my squat. Now I keep my DLs like 30lbs more than my squat max, so I know I'm not going beyond what my legs can handle.

Within the next year or so I'm hoping to get those numbers up above to 275, 335 and like 365. Long term I will be happy benching 3 plates and squatting/deading 4 plates for 4-5 reps comfortably.

I can rack pull relatively heavy (I think). I've been able to do 140KG (280lbs roughly) for 10 reps. My other lifts are embarrassing really for a guy like me weighing 92KG (184lbs). I can probably deadlift 110/120KG (240lbs). My bench is horrific, I can manage about 80kg (160lbs) for 4/5 reps. Squat isn't too bad I'm up to 90KG full ROM.

Fair play... but from what I gather, your motives for training are not fully strength orientated i.e.. you train using BB style high volume/ hypertrophy driven programs right? aesthetics etc?

Also you being very modest with your maths conversion;

  • 1 KG = 2.205lbs
So you might wanna double check your figures because they are all higher (in lbs) than what you think they are :steviej:

No clue what bench is I'm assuming it's weak as hell . Probably 200 even. Don't go past 3 plates on dead lifts and squats. Once 3 plates go on i shoot for high reps so i do about 6 reps once I get there.
