295x4 on bench
435x3 on squat (to parallel)
500x1 on deadlift (my grip is holding me back. I go raw, no straps no chalk)
I probably can do more but I superset every weighted set with its calisthenic equivalent. I lift for power and explosiveness

What about belt for deadlift and why do you not consider using chalk "raw"?
