Was just mentioning players that didn't live up to their expectations. Xavier was rated higher than John Wall and Demarcus Cousins and chose KU over Calipari :pachaha: Selby also had a lot of hype.

Not to mention frump, Harrison Barnes was the #1 player in his class and ended up staying 2 years :heh: good ol Roy.

First of all, Henry was not rated higher than Wall, you just lyin there dog. Some had Wall as the number 1 player and some had Favors as number 1.

You a good dude and all, but the notion that all dumb fukk UK fans have that if a highly rated player doesn't leave after 1 year of college then he's a bust or it's the coaches fault, is just fukkin stupid. You know Barnes could have went in the draft that year and would have been the number 1 or 2 pick right? He chose to come back for a number of reasons....the lock out, try and win a title, etc.

It's all good fam, whatever makes yall feel better. Yall aint produce shyt for NBA talent before Cal and you wont after Cal, so enjoy.

The Bobs should take Burke. I don't know what they're thinking if they take Zeller.

Go check ESPN rankings. Henry was rated higher than Wall and Cousins. Of course, rankings vary based on the publication.

Barnes would've been the #1 pick over Kyrie :childplease:

I guess Monster Mash, Antoine Walker, Nazr Muhammad, Rajon Rondo, Tayshaun Prince, Keith Bogans, Chuck Hayes, Derek Anderson, Ron Mercer, Tony Delk and Rex Chapman weren't NBA talent :russ:

The Cavaliers have offered the first overall pick to the Pelicans in exchange for the No. 6 pick, a 2014 first-rounder, and Greivis Vasquez, according to Alex Kennedy of HoopsWorld. Kennedy adds that it's not clear whether the Pelicans have expressed interest in such a deal, though I'd be surprised if they were willing to give up so much to move up five spots.

If the Pelicans were to trade up to first overall, they'd have plenty of options that won't be on the table at No. 6. Nerlens Noel, Otto Porter, and Victor Oladipo are among the players expected to be off the board within the first five picks.

Parting with Vasquez and a 2014 first-round pick would be a steep price to pay to move up, however. Vasquez had a breakout year in 2012/13, averaging 13.9 PPG and 9.0 APG, and the '14 draft class is considered to be significantly stronger than this year's, making teams reluctant to part with next year's first-rounders. As such, I don't expect these talks to gain a whole lot of traction unless the Cavs' asking price comes down.

Few, if any, trade rumors have surfaced more frequently over the last several days than one connecting Eric Bledsoe to the Magic and Arron Afflalo to the Clippers. However, according to Magic GM Rob Hennigan, he'd be "stunned" if his team made a deal with L.A. on or before draft night, since he hasn't talked trade with the Clips in about three weeks (Twitter links via Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel).

Although Hennigan downplayed the possibility of a trade with the Clippers, that doesn't mean the Magic won't be active this week. According to the GM, there are some tempting offers on the table for his team, with the Orlando front office seriously considering "three or four" different possibilities.

Hennigan didn't go into specifics about the proposals on the table for the Magic, but it's a good bet that most or all of them include the No. 2 overall pick -- reports earlier today indicated that the Magic were weighing the possibility of trading down in the draft. The Timberwolves are among the teams believed to be interested in trading up, reportedly dangling the ninth and 26th overall picks along with Derrick Williams.

In other roster-building news for the Magic, Hennigan suggested that Orlando is unlikely to use its mid-level exception in free agency this summer, according to Robbins.

According to sources former North Texas forward Tony Mitchell’s draft range is 17-24, with the New York Knicks really hoping he lasts until their pick.
