Weighed in at 250.6 yesterday and then went to a Chinese buffet with 2 beers and couple of Henny shots. I was buzzing like shyt, I've turned into a complete lightweight lol. Was expecting to be heavier today and was pleasantly surprised. The 230s are a real possibility by the beginning of August.

fukk....I would die doing 15000m. What's your avg pace when you do that?
I'm just going off of my 2k pace plus a added 10 seconds so that comes out to 2:02-2:12.

Cardio is definitely my weakest area so I've been concentrating on that pretty heavy(mixture of sprinting and long distance of running, row, assault bike, or skierg). But today it looks like I'm going to hit the trails.

For 5K I'm anywhere between 2:05-2:20 and the last 500m I try to keep it under 2. I was riding the exercise bike just to strengthen my knee but wasn't really getting a good workout from. My knee is good enough now so that i'm back on the rower. My gym doesn't have an assault bike but I want to try one of those one day. We do have a Jacobs ladder tho. I need my knee to get a lil bit stronger before I can get back on that.

Weighed in at 198.6 today. I hit the night scene the last few days, so that screwed up with my schedule for morning cardio. Gonna hit the pavement tomorrow morning.

Same shyt happen to me I was wilding last weekend . Only thing I didn’t do was eat bad .

I drank like a fish for 3 whole days .

Ended up loosing 4 lbs this week .

Man I was so happy .

I went full :flabbynsick: this week. Gained back about 3 lb. I was eating good on the fourth and a couple days after with leftovers

Feeling Good!

Hit 435 on the Deadlift!!!!

Tried for 425 last time I went heavy on DL's and didn't get it. But I kind of figured with my Sqaut exploding 425 should be easy, so I skipped right over tonight. 405 was light and I said fukk it!

Big 3 is now:

435 DL
340 SQ
275 BP

1035 total.

I think that day I got 275 on the BP was an anomaly tho. I guess it was a mix of feeling good and maybe being in the middle of Keto that let me get that lift, but my BP has been struggle city since then.

Ill try a Max on the BP later this weekend and whatever I get will be my new max.
