I've been slacking. Skipping workouts. I've been so pissed off and stressed out that everything has been bushes status.
Yellin at co-workers, yelling at my girl, car hit a pothole needs a new axle, furnace was leaking water, got that fixed, baby needed new shoes. When you weigh in at 145 on monday, be so pissed and stressed you don't eat or workout, your body doesnt do you any favors.
