What's your carb cycling routine? Do you just eat whatever on your carb days?
Its 8 weeks.

Week one: 20g net carbs per day (all carbs coming from vegetables)
Week 2: 3 Days w/ one serving of carbs...3 w/ two servings of carbs...1 cheat day (2 cheat meals on each cheat day)

It goes on like that...im on week 4 and there are 2 cheat days.

I kind of go off the hook on cheat days.

Yesterday I had half a peach pie...a pint of low calorie ice cream...
...with rice, and homemade orange chicken.

Didn't weigh in today but my final weigh in will be this Thursday since my vacation starts on Friday. I stalled this past month but overall I'm still happy with my progress

Weighed in at 150.4 this morning. Thought I was going to be able to take it easy. Had a big bowl of plain oatmeal for breakfast. Family wanted to go out to lunch. Had peanut butter chicken with steamed rice and broccoli. :yeshrug: after burning 1000 calories on fitness boxing then excavating my bowls I'll be back down.

Aw damn I failed this so hard, managed to gain weight with all this dating blah. I did go back to the gym today though and lifted, no more eating out.

My actual weight been going up but gained muscle

I can’t lie I haven’t been eating good for weeks trying to cancel it out with workouts but we know that ain’t how it goes

I've been slacking. Skipping workouts. I've been so pissed off and stressed out that everything has been bushes status.

Yellin at co-workers, yelling at my girl, car hit a pothole needs a new axle, furnace was leaking water, got that fixed, baby needed new shoes. When you weigh in at 145 on monday, be so pissed and stressed you don't eat or workout, your body doesnt do you any favors.

Currently down to 273 (6''4).I think the best I can get to is 245. I've been consistent with my workouts, food and water so I just have to keep on pushing

I would love to get down to my old bball weight of 225 but I think I packed on too much muscle over the years..
