The 1986 Mercury Capri should have made it clear to everyone that Ford values the Mustang for different reasons than the populace. They look at it as a brand they can slap on different products which is why they felt like they could make a car and consider it both a Mustang and a Mercury at the same time. shyt is just a name for them...I wouldn't be surprised if they turn the Mustang into a full on line. I don't agree with it but the sooner we understand how Ford sees it, the quicker we won't be disappointed.
