Tom Brady was a game manager his first few years in the league. In 2004 Brady wasn't what he became later on in his career. If I was talking about 2007 Brady it would be an entirely different story. And yes Mahomes would still win MVPs with a prime Manning in the league.

That "game manager" led the league in touchdown passes in 2002.

The Mahomes stuff has gone overboard. He's amazing and could very well challenge Brady's status but it's still based on nothing but assumptions.

Brady had the same number of Super Bowls at the same age. I expect Mahomes to win more but that is no guarantee. In the NFL, everybody hits a skid at some point.
