The system is designed to do what it does no matter who is in the seat. You might get a few more perks depending on circumstances, but it won't make a difference.

What would Herman Cain do for black people? What if Bill Cosby was president. Maybe more money for HBCU's via executive order? More prison reform? What major changes would they get througuh congress that hasn't already been done. Ethnicity doesn't really matter, I'm sure there are ADOS in the inner circles, so lets not pretend anything would drastically change in 4 to 8 years.
