Just realized some content on Netflix is 4k HDR (Ironfist), and through the pro you only get it 4k it doesnt activate the HDR version.

Most 4K tvs with hdr have built in Netflix app. No need for middleware

Yeah, i figured it was the same thing so i hadn't been using the TV app.
I finally used the Netflix app in tv and noticed HDR was content was available Where it wasn't when going through the pro.
