In 2007! Imagine now. :usure: Read below to see recent academic receipts on how useful these immigrants are to the AAdos cause (they're not) and how white folks weed us out.

Learning Race in a U.S. Context: An Emergent Framework on the Perceptions of Race Among Foreign-Born Students of Color

SAGE Journals: Your gateway to world-class journal research
less than 1 percent of America's total population, first- and second-generation black immigrants comprise 41 percent of all black students at Ivy League schools, according to 2007 research from teams at Princeton and Penn. Another study, this one published in Sociology of Education in 2009, found that immigrant blacks attended select colleges at almost four times the rate of native-bornAfrican Americans. Outside of the Ivy League, almost 44 percent of African immigrants graduated from a four-year college, compared to just 18 percent of native blacks.

This is a big topic on tech sites like Hacker News, it's not just Chinese people either but the other Asians including Indians
I feel like the Ivy Leagues can work around this anyway since they make up subjective criteria like interviews and extracurricular activities
They don't HAVE to let anyone in. Will be hilarious if they start denying legacy admits in order to let in more asians :heh:

lets be honest the majority of our people are so fixated on other things to even know this is going on.

And removing affirmative action entirely would fix this?

If ur asking if I'd support ANY program, or entitlement created exclusively to benifit AAdos-as a way to reverse societal wrongs, that now has been usurped by other groups for personal enrichment, while largely pushing AA out, almost completely: The answer is NO!

Or lack thereof that created many modern loopholes ppl have been able to exploit. Then again who could possibly have forseen the 14th amendment granting citizenship to ex-slaves used as justification for all for citizenship, merely by birth, for example.
You fukking idiot. In Florida when Jeb Bush was Governor, they got rid of it and black attendance at Florida schools PLUMMETED!!!

Black enrollment at UF takes a hit

Most people who benefit from affirmative action are asians, people with disabilities and white women. It's not really a loss for us because it wasn't really meant for us to begin with. This is why you have to watch for policies where terms like "marginalized people" and "minorities" are used.

Let's see those asians and white women try to resurrect it if it dies.

:dwillhuh: I see you're not following the Harvard lawsuit. It's a direct attack on Black Admission.
