I don’t remember the Supreme Court repealing Roe v. Wade or Affirmative Action when Obama was in office and the SC was more balanced ideologically so no both sides are not the same. One side is accelerating the loss of our rights and being okay with that because you didn’t get “tangibles” is highkey retarded.

I guess all those things COULD happen if the Republicans win. What your ignoring is how taking an L could potentially grant you more leverage in the future with the Democrats. Or they could be petty and just abandon black people all together in favor of latinos. But we are probably on the cusp of that happening regardless. Which is why you have very little time left on the clock to get their attention. If its really as bad as you claim it would be,the Democrats could simply offer some tangibles and a black agenda.
