No doubt, she lost her casual white fans to Iggy. After listening to her album on first listen, she has hits all over the album just based on what I think her fans would like and what sounds good on the radio
she started acting real scorned, should have just hopped on the Iggy train....no one ever won by acting jealous and vindictive. no. the label ate good. This chick has to keep record sales up because of how much the label has to spend to promote and market her and pay for her "barbie" image. I can only imagine how much they're spending a week on makeup,wardrobe, hotels and transportation, probably 50k easy. She's in a 360 deal and probably doesn't own her publishing either nor does she have any million dollar endorsements so she's not pocketing much after managers/lawyers/agents get their cut also.
She can't go independent because her image is paid for by Universal, once the label cuts her off after she flops she will be broke in 6 months unless she whores herself out to another major label.
