If the Cleveland Browns make the playoffs then Garrett is the league MVP. The QBs keep giving away the award by being inconsistent every week.
McDermott is gone at the end of the year. He fired the OC and Josh Allen looked inconsistent as hell today again.

If Tomlin left, he'd get a new job in 0.1 seconds.
Dameon Pierce didn't play today, and for the 2nd week in a row Devin Singletary ran for 100 yards and a touchdown.
Pierce came out of nowhere last season to be an absolute force. And it already looks like he's done in Houston. His ceiling is limited to begin with because he's not a viable pass catcher out of the backfield. And if he can't bully his way at the line of scrimmage, there's no use for him.
Given that CJ Stroud has impressed with his ability to read defenses as a rookie, the logical move is to give him a dynamic RB who can put pressure on linebackers in the passing game.
I'll admit this might seem premature and hyperbolic, but I just don't see anything Pierce excels at to the point Houston needs him.
