What does that have to do with a player like Gobert getting a $200 million contract who cannot carry his team offensively AT ALL??

The Jazz gave him that contract knowing what his strengths & weaknesses were. At no point has Gobert ever been a player who could carry an offense, he wasn’t gonna magically become that just because he got a max contract

So when Rudy Gobert gets a $200 million and cannot be relied upon to score and carry his team Shaq is not supposed to have a problem with that??

Rudy is a limited offensive player yet he makes max money

How is he supposed to be analyzed?

His money doesn't matter. That's hate.

Everybody gets paid in the NBA.

His offense/Defense are the only things that matter.

He should've never gotten a contract like that in the first place!

Who has ever looked at Rudy Gobert to carry a team offensively? :laff:

The game is the game and it is what it is. Guys are overpaid but Rudy's value is completely on the defensive end. Not saying he's worth it all but hey it ain't my money:manny:

That is the point!!

Why are you giving this very limited player that kind of contract??

Thats not good "business"

Shoutout to @NYC Rebel, business owner.

You can't give a center a contract like that who cannot score!

It's simple, the real stars make even more than that.

I remember Gilbert Arenas was explaining it on one his shows some time back, guys nowadays aren't really getting big money just because they're nice. They're getting big contracts because they are next up.
