I’ve never had children b4. And I can’t even imagine the emotional pain she is going thru. Getting cheated on is the worst. We’ve all been there. But it’s even more emotionally grueling when you dealing with having to raise kids, potential postpartum depression, and you either know or suspect the person you thought was in your corner is betraying you…so you ain’t got nobody there for you romantically.

If they are going to stay together to keep up appearances, she is gonna have to get some lovin on the side discretely. That type of emotional abuse and neglect is gonna have her taking it out on herself or her children if she doesn’t get some outlet. Chicks are human too.
Cosmetically they can look into skin tightening procedures maybe?
