I remember stocking at Walmart after throwing the truck back in 2009. The female students from ISU coming through to get stuff for their dorms

I'm here for my 11 o'clock interviewImagine putting on your Sundays best to sit through 3 round interview to put fukking beans on a shelf
Fr I was crying at that whole second sentence he wrotenah you're just an idiot wth bad grammar
But what exactly are you doing in those 3 interviews that’s gonna help you vet if they can’t physically and mentally handle a stocking job which is wild to even sayMost these dudes have never been a boss, period. They don’t understand the value of time, and the importance of vetting someone for a mentally and physically demanding overnight stocking position which requires a specific kind of person. Dudes talking about “high turnover is better!” Aite rookie you go into business with that attitude, watch your disciplined competition run laps around you.
While this is true your never going to be able to protect against this a 100%. It's best to hire someone for a spot like that with same or similar experienceHonestly, I get it. They need to see if you're built for it, and if you're serious, before investing the time and training. Imagine how much turnover comes from people who apply for labor jobs and quit in a few days after realizing they aren't built for it.
UPS will hire you at the same rate unloading trucks, no interview really needed.Honestly, I get it. They need to see if you're built for it, and if you're serious, before investing the time and training. Imagine how much turnover comes from people who apply for labor jobs and quit in a few days after realizing they aren't built for it.

It's still a waste of everyones time.you get stock options at Publix, bonuses every quarter. I can't imagine the pay being more than $15 a hour. they stocker are actually in lieu assistant managers, which means you do more than stock, you are responsible for your aisle, from ordering to stocking, if the aisle aint up to part, they holding it on you individually, until they can fire you for not doing yo job.
This a good troll post lowkeyHonestly, I get it. They need to see if you're built for it, and if you're serious, before investing the time and training. Imagine how much turnover comes from people who apply for labor jobs and quit in a few days after realizing they aren't built for it.
It's a stocking job, no training needed. Stocking is about as basic as it gets. The recruit literally just follows another stocker and starts stocking. Publix is just on some bullshyt.
