Headed to Pub right now

And don't forget Publix hires those with special needs..... people who really got the right to complain about life (IMO) but never do!

People that have never ran a business don't understand this. This role not necessary need all of this but I get it the energy.
Most these dudes have never been a boss, period. They donā€™t understand the value of time, and the importance of vetting someone for a mentally and physically demanding overnight stocking position which requires a specific kind of person. Dudes talking about ā€œhigh turnover is better!ā€ :mjlol:Aite rookie you go into business with that attitude, watch your disciplined competition run laps around you.

I can't even see two being needed.
One interview is all you need and that should be about 5 minutes long.

Interviewer: "Do you have a pulse and all your limbs?"
You: "Yes."
Interviewer: "Great. When can you start?"
Itā€™s a psychological move by the company. By making a person go through three rounds, it makes them see that the company is buying into them, so they will be more apt to do what the company asks (working over, doing multiple roles, etc), and will deliver great customer service, similar to Chik fil a.

Hell naw, retail dont work like that at all lol. Store will go under quick. You got to find competent workers who are not lazy and that dont fukk around on the job and works fast as well.
LMAO you sound like you've never worked in retail.
It doesn't take much skill and intangibles to unload a morning truck and restock.

My first job was at the grocery store.

My mom and I were shopping and she went straight up to the manager who was on the floor at the time and just had a casual conversation. Next thing I know she calls me over asks me a few basic questions and finally, when I could start.

:myman:I was the Best buggy return kid for 6m

:salute:
They could see you were built for it breh

Foolishness

But if the other option is being broke.

These bills aren't gonna pay themselves and don't care about your circumstances.
