My bro applied for stocker job at a grocery store. They told him it will be a 3 round interview process

Would you do 3 different interviews to stock shelves

I have over 15 years of warehouse, maintenance and construction experience. I'd been a supervisor for 5 years. Also when I was in my early 20's I worked at Target part time.

I've recently been applying at nearby Target locations for a seasonal part time job, and they reject me
:dahell: what more do they want from me?

Personally, three is excessive in my opinion. It should be one phone interview just asking basic shyt, and an in person interview outlining the actual duties of the job. Also, do companies still do those long ass online assessments anymore? That has to count for something.

Is it a three round interview in one day (still absurd) or would they have to come back three different times? Reliability is one thing, but asking someone to come back three times for a job that has a high turnover rate seems wasteful. Hopefully these positions aren't seasonal, which would make it more idiotic.

Likely think you’re overqualified :sas1:

Think you liable to just dip at the first sign of disrespect from management because you (rightfully so) think you’re too valued enough to accept it :sas2:

Dudes here really trying to justify a three round interview process for a stocker job to see if “you are built for it” and that “we don’t get it” :russ: :russ: :russ:

That is why Basic Income has to become reality for every adult in the US. These baby boomers want the mythical employee that has Tupac in a Business suit credentials for minimum wage. :mjlol:

I don't know where y'all at but here in Toronto, it's obvious who the only group of people willing to go through these hoops for these basic jobs are: Asian Immigrants :manny:

It's either High or Low skill labor. Ain't no middle ground anymore.
